Service Description

Health Coaching is process of collaborating and assessing your current state of health and setting goals to improve. Examples would include but are not limited to physical, mental and nutritional habits. The key to success is to develop goals that are achievable and promote long lasting behavioral change. The entry package is 3 months and this is the only option because this is how long research shows that it takes to develop lasting behavior change. From there if you want to continue with coaching you can do month to month. The package includes a once a week hour long in person/video conference to develop goals and talk about the progress made in the past week. Two check in's throughout the week either through email/text for quick questions or emergency situations. As well as many pdf documents with information regarding behavior change, goal setting, general fitness, general nutrition and any other health related information that may pertain to your goal. To be clear is not Personal Training so I will not give you any workout routine to follow. I am not a Registered Dietician so I will not give you a diet plan to follow. I am also not a Medical Practitioner and not able to diagnosis or treat any physical or mental aliments. However I will give you resources to get the professional help you need and help you manage them afterwords. Guaranteed healthier and happier version of you after the first 3 months of collaborating with me.
